8-Session Package: $560 ($70 per session)
12-Session Package: $780 ($65 per session)

Includes speed, agility, strength training, position-specific drills, injury prevention, and mental performance coaching.

Fitness Training

Personal Fitness Training (1-on-1)
Single Session: $70

Includes strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and lifestyle accountability.

Group Sports Performance Training

Personal / Semi-Private Training (2–3 Athletes)
$50 per athlete per session
8-Session Package: $360 per athlete
12-Session Package: $480 per athlete

Includes customized programming, competitive training environment, and accountability tracking.

Group Sports Performance Training (4–10 Athletes)
Monthly Membership (2 sessions per week): $160 per month
Drop-In Session: $30

Includes structured group training, strength and conditioning, and mindset development.

Group Fitness Training

Small Group Fitness Training (3–6 Participants)
Monthly Membership (2 sessions per week): $140 per month
Drop-In Session: $25

Includes full-body functional training and conditioning workouts.
